Jim BUSS and LAKESHOW having WHOLESALE CHANGES...TIGER and A-ROD'S DOC guilty of Steroid Trafficking...takes a PLEA BARGAIN

What did I tell you a POST or TWO ago......Don't try too many NEW THINGS if it isn't broken. Well New MAN in CHARGE in LAKER LAND JIM BUSS has definitely ruffled some feathers with the latest news out of LAKERS HEADQUARTERS.

ESPNLA.com is reporting that about 20 or so Lakers Employees (from Scouts, training guys, equipment, and video guys) whose CONTRACTS are due to end at the end of the MONTH of JULY will not be renewed. And in that 20 or so employees is LAKERS ASSISTANT General Manager Ronnie LESTER and all of his 24 Year Tenure with SHOWTIME and the LAKESHOW.

The problem reportedly isn't so much that they are being let go it's how they are being let go. LESTER reportedly has said there has been a LACK of COMMUNICATION from BUSS on down and it doesn't set well with those being Let go.

But if you look at it closely it is the WORK STOPPAGE from the Super-Wealthy IE PLAYERS to the Regular Salary People that make the organization go on a day to day basis that will feel the HUGE IMPACT of the LOCKOUT.

As well as the PLAYERS just recently drafted......they are locked out of facilities, NO PLAYBOOKS, and for the UN DRAFTED or 2nd Round Guys....NON-GUARANTEED Contract PLAYERS....the LOCKOUT hits home really hard as I am hearing some of the PLAYERS have even started SUMMER SCHOOL at their Respective Colleges and Universities to get even closer to GRADUATING.

As for Ronnie LESTER, a former IOWA HAWKEYE Basketball Standout who was All-American in 1979 and All-Big Ten in 1978-'79, has had a bad year all together. Losing his job for one, going through a DIVORCE, and also losing his HOUSE. But the former Chicago Illinois DUNBAR HS ALL STATER will land somewhere.......24 years and 8 CHAMPIONSHIPS with the LAKERS (1 as a PLAYER and 7 in the LAKERS Front Office) is way too much NBA KNOWLEDGE to be without a GIG.

NOTE****LESTER was recruited and played at IOWA for the GREAT Lute OLSEN who went on later to become a COACHING LEGEND at the UNIVERSITY of ARIZONA in TUCSON.

A Toronto Canada SPORTS DOCTOR accepts his plea deal with the US GOVERNMENT yesterday. DR. Anthony GALEA who has treated some well-known ATHLETES in the US like Tiger WOODS and Alex RODRIGUEZ to name a few.

Galea. who is a HEALING SPECIALIST, was caught smuggling Human Growth Hormone in the US commonly known as HGH. Tiger WOODS has been on record saying he never received STEROIDS from GALEA and it was a simple process with his KNEE AILMENT.

Alex RODRIGUEZ on the OTHER HAND we know took STERIODS and now it just looks awfully suspicious that A-ROD was taking it and TIGER says he never did.....BIRDS and FEATHERS FLOCK TOGETHER....NOT SAYING....JUST SAYING.
