It was built up as the upstart Washington Redskins hosting a Pittsburgh Steelers Bunch that had pieces missing and questions in that secondary. After all the smoke cleared with Terrible Towels everywhere the Steelers will leave Fed Ex Field with a rather impressive 38-16 "W"!

Behind that slow start and a 6-0 deficit the 'Skins had it going early with tight end Jordan Reed and QB Kirk Cousins hooking up on the first two drives. Then that Steelers elite "O" led by Big Ben Roethlisberger and WR Antonio Brown took over and never looked back. The Steelers scored 24 unanswered between the 2nd and 3rd frames before Washington added another FG making it 24-9
Steelers.

It was that gutsy 4th and 1 play-call by Todd Haley or Big Ben changing out of the original play-call for an A.B. TD Catch that made it 7-6 and that play took the air out of the 'Skins and Fed Ex Field for the rest of the way.

Ben threw for 300 yards on 27 for 37 and 3 TD and an INT. DeAngelo WIlliams ran for 143 yards on 26 carries and scored twice. A.B. hauled in eight Wilson pigskins for 126 yards and 2 TDs as the Steelers will welcome the AFC North rival Bengals to Heinz on week 2.

Cousins passed for 329 yards but had no TDs and two INTs. #HTTR will host the Dallas Cowboys and the loser in that one will fall to 0-2....
