With the score tied at 95 the great ones have the stage to do what they do and for the Blazers they knew "HE" was coming but all game long could do nothing to stop "HIM". He and Him is Thunder Mega-Star Kevin Durant and he took a page out of "When the Great Ones are going....you hope they start missing at some point".

KD goes for 46 points as he closed the night on two Money Balls to the Blazers Demise as they take an "L" from what is fast becoming the new Northwest Rivalry. KD goes 17 of 25 from the field (6-7 3pt FG) and had it all going tonight. The Blazers Defensive Stoppers SF Nicolas Batum and SG Wes Matthews Jr are helluva NBA Defenders and even they could not slow down KD on this night. KD also gets enough from the his Cast of Supporting Actors in Reggie Jackson (15 pts 7 rebs 5 asst), Serge Ibaka (10 pts), and Vet PG Derek Fisher (10 pts) to off set anything the Blazers had coming in Thunder Alley.

Rip City and the Logo's only Train...the "L-Train" goes for 29 points and sixteen boards while Matthews 21 points and both Guards D-Lillard (14 pts) and Mo-Will (13 pts) could not combine to overcome the huge night by Kevin Durant.  A well-played and tightly-contested game looks to be a preview maybe of the 2014 NBA Western Finals or at least Western Semis.

Rip City falls to 31-11 as the Regulators move to 32-10 as we will watch both from here on out as they are the West Leaders along with the Spurs to get that #1 slot in the West. Clippers in that 4th slot making a move...as CP3 will be back after All-Star Break.

Regulators....Mount Up!
