It's not pretty but for the Boston Celtics I will say this much on every night they get every ounce of who they are and what they are striving to be from New Lead Man Brad Stevens of Butler Basketball Lore. With that being said they go into D.C. to play a 20-20 Wizard Bunch that is trying to do something in the John Wall Era that has never been done...get over the .500 mark.

Behind Jeff Green's 39-point outburst and a total team effort from the Green Team the Celts get by the Wiz Kids D.C. 113-111 in an extra frame. J.G. was back playing at his Alma Mater's (Georgetown) Home Game Gymnasium and just flat-out gave it to the Wizards on this night. He was 114 of 26 from the field and 8 of 16 from the Arc as the C's were +24 from the "Land of Plenty" over the Wiz Kids.  C's 2013 2nd Round Pick Phil Pressey (Son of former Bucks and Tulsa Golden Hurricane Great Paul Pressey) had a night going for 20 points and handing out four assists.

The "L" spoiled the night for Wiz and 2013-14 East All-Star Reserve PG John Wall's 28 points, eleven rebounds, and ten assist performance as the Wiz Kids D.C. had plenty of chances in regulation.     Wall led six Wizards in double-figures with Ne Ne adding 17 points and nine rebounds as he missed a wide-open "J" that could have won it for the Wiz in Regulation. Wall and the Wizards have to wait again to get over the .500 mark as the C's move top 15-29 and the Wiz 20-21. A somewhat sloppy affair as there were 36 total turnovers.
