The Lakers down 57-46 at the break had an Uphill Battle they could not overcome as it was not only King James tonight but the forgotten Chris Bosh. The Lakers got within an 85-80 deficit as the Heat just made a few plays to put the lead back up to nine and the Lakers cut it again to 106-101 but lose 109-102.

It was the Heat shooting nearly 60% or the lack of Lakers "D" or a mix of both that had the Lakers in trouble last in the first half. Couple all of that with the Lake Show being -13 on the Glass that puts the Heat in the Winner's Circle on this night. King James had 27 points, thirteen boards, and six helpers but the night belonged to Dallas, Texas Native Chris Bosh. Bosh goes for a game-high 31 points on 15 of 22 shooting and the Lakers had no answer for his Inside/Outside Repertoire. The Heat had 18 turnovers and shot a dismal 11 of 23 from the Line and the Lakers still could not make a serious move to grab the "W".

The Lakers were led by the Inside/Outside Attack of Shooter Jodie Meeks (22 pts 4-6 3pt FG) and Pau Gasol (22 pts 11 rebs 4 asst). Nick Young aka "Swagy P" joined them two as the only Lakers in double figures as he gets 19 points on just 8 of 20 from the field.

The Lake Show seemingly headed to the 2014 NBA Lottery falls to 16-27 as they continues the Grammy Motel Swing and thanks Kodak Theatre and Hollywood. Team 16 Chips is 2-3 on the 7-Game 12-Day Motel Swings that started January 15th in Phoenix. The Heat moves to 31-12 as they stay close or within striking distance of the Indiana Pacers.
