The Ducks come in as one of three Favs to get to the National Championship on the Left Coast to be held in Pasadena, California at the Rose Bowl. Then Stanford Cardinal were right in the mix until they hit a bump in the road in Slat Lake, City Utah vs the Runnin' Utes the new squad in the Pac-12. Regardless of that loss it comes down to the Cards stopping Heisman Hopeful in Ducks QB Marcus Mariota and that high-powered Ducks Spread Offense. Can the Cards use that 2012 Blue Print they used to stop the Ducks on the farm in 2013? Can the Ducks slow down a physical bunch in the Cards with a dynamic weapon of their own in Ty Montgomery aka Handy Andy for the Red?

#QuackAttack DUCKS @ #TheFARM vs CARDINAL

The Ducks are #3 in the BCS as the 'Noles jumped in front of them after they handled the in-0state #7 'Canes last week. Now its the Ducks turn to beat the #5 Cardinals and if they do they should leap ahead of the 'Noles and almost be in the clear for a BCS Date with the SEC Winner looking like Roll Tide of 'Bama.

The Cardinals must slow down Ducks QB Marcus Mariota to have any chance and if they don't they will get a half a hundo put on them right in front of the Stanford Band. The Ducks also have L.A. Water Bug DeAnthony Thomas who line up everywhere but on your side of the Pig. The Ducks Running Attack is anchored by Mariota who is the #2 Runner and the #1 Runner in Byron Marshall. The Cards no it's all about Gap Discipline and nothing else as you have to make that Tackle when your one on one....you miss its a "Splash Play" that simple. The Ducks also have six WRs with at least 150 yards or more receiving on the season led by Josh Huff. The Cards will be tested on all levels and they must stop the Run and let Mariota beat him with his arm.

The Ducks need to be concerned about Dallas, Texas Native and Do-It-All Junior for the Cards Ty Montgomery. He is a threat like the Ducks DeAnthony Thomas in the Kicking Game and on Offense.       Along with Montgomery is QB Kevin Hogan has to make plays. He and his #1 RB Tyler Gaffney need to make the Ducks pay as they are not the biggest bunch up front but super-fast. Montgomery also has a Partner in Crime in the Passing Game in Devon Cajuste and he might be the most important piece as the Ducks will send a bracket or special attention to Montgomery in coverage. Can the Ducks win in the trenches vs a big Stanford Front with Speed.

Winner: CARDINAL 30-27 as it comes down to FG and BCS Poll...

Being a loyal Sooner fan it hurts me to say this, but this game will be THE GAME of the night. I'm picking Stanford to win by a very slim margin. 27-24
