The L.A. Dodgers were right there in reach of getting Chavez Ravine and Dodger Town USA a Chip and they have used that motivations to bolster a few holes in he armor. The "Boys in Blue" add RHP and Former A's, D-Backs, Halos, and Nats Arm Dan Haren to a reported one-year deal. Haren will be 4th in the rotations depending on what Ricky Nolasco will do as he wants more than one year of Direct Deposits. Haren will join Dodgers Ace and #1 Clayton Kershaw, #2 Zack Greinke, and #3 Hyun-Jin Ryu. If Nolasco does stay Haren will drop to 5th in the rotation and that would be some kind of Rotations with an arm like Haren at #5 as it is solid with him now at #4. Dodgers GM Ned Colletti doing what he does with that Large Dodgers Checkbook.

The Texas Rangers introduced "Prince of the D" to Rangers Nation and now they have some serious lumber in that line up. Fielder will wear the Year he was born #84 and does it matter what numbers he dons as long as the Rangers get to that Chip as GM Daniels and Skip Wash are one of the best GM/Skip Duos in the Show. The Rangers projected Line Up from the Bluedude:

Lead-Off CF Leonys Martin
2-Hole SS Elvus Andrus
3-Hole 1B Prince
Clean Up 3B Adrian Beltre
5-Hole LF Alex Rios
6-Hole DH Mitch Moreland
7-Hole RF Craig Gentry
8-Hole C Geovany Soto
9-Hole 2B Jurickson Profar

Solid with a nice mix of Speed, Power, and hitting to all fields....Welcome to "Wash Ball" 2K14

The Chicago Cubs pick up Royals Back Stop George Kottaras as he was designated for assignment by the Royals. The Lefthand-Hitting Catcher hit just .180 for the Royals in 2013 in just 46 games but was excellent on Defense.  The Cubbies are trying to start heading north in the best division in the show...the NL Central. This is a pivotal year for the Cubs latest Science Project called "In THEO we Trust".
