The 2K12 Winners of the 1st Annual Bluedude Sportstalk "Monsters Series" Awards were all worthy and Three of the Four Winners were on the Verge of posting New Records but all Three failed in Week 17.

We had the Top "Monsters Inside Tackles" with the Twin Cities Avenger coming back from Reconstructive Knee Surgery to almost surpass Eric Dickerson's 28-Year Old Yards in a Season Record. Now the Avenger vaults the Purple People in the "Fight for Vince" NFC Side as well as being in a Close Race with Manning Mile High for the Comeback Player of the Year and NFL MVP.

Then there is the "Monsters on the Outside" led by MEGAtron of the Motor City Lions who eclipsed the Wide Receivers Record held by the Great Jerry Rice of Receiving Yards in a Season. MEGAtron's QB Matthew Stafford also set the Record for Most Passing Attempts in a Season with over 700 Passes and Sunday Heads that is 7 on 7 Drills on Sunday If I ever saw it.

The "Monsters Inside QBs" Record belonged to JJ Watt of the Texans aka Area 99 as he edged out 49ers OLB/DE Aldon Smith aka Charles Haley 2K12. Watt did slow down in the Last Month as did Smith and they both lose out on Michael Strahan's 22.5 NFL Sack Record. The Top Red Jersey Collectors (NFL Sack Leaders) is where the "Monsters Series" Idea derived from at Bluedude Sportstalk.  

Last but not least the "Monsters Inside the Pocket" and why not its a QB Driven League and this is for the #1 Sunday Signal-Caller in QB Rating. The Usual Suspects were all chasing but it came down to the Pack';s Aaron Rodgers and Manning of Mile High. Rodgers edges out Manning to win the Award as he was in that #1 Spot for most of the 2nd Half of the Season.
