The South Siders will go back some Thirty Years with the Unis they will be wearing in the 2013 Season remembering the 1983 Pennant and Players like Lamarr Hoyt, Richard Dotson, Harold Baines (the Bluedude's Fav South Sider along with the Big Hurt, Ray Durham, Mike Cameron, Rock Raines, Black Jack McDowell, Pudge Fisk, and Richard "Dick"Allen ), Vance Law. The Chi-Sox had a lot to be thankful for ion '83...the Mid-Summers Classic, 99 Wins which was 20 Full Games up on 2nd Place Kansas City, and the ALCS Series in which they lost to Manager Earl Weaver and a Baltimore Orioles Rookie Short Stop Cal Ripken Jr.. in the Best Three out of Five and oh have the Formats changed since then.
