The Nets come in with a Better Grasp of how they need to play and the Rotations they need to go through the 82-Game Trek. Interim Coach PJ Carlesimo has done an outstanding job in recognizing the Style they need to play with the Personnel they have. Now the Bluedude said from the Jump scratch going Inside to Lopez and then working out through PG D-Will 8 and JJ at Point Forward. Run the Screen and Rolls with the COO of the Barclays Deron Williams and let him dictate who gets Shots and they will Win at a High Level. Hence PJ listened to the Bluedude and Avery Johnson did not.
Now the Knicks come in with Moving Parts but the addition of Iman Shumpert is Huge even though he is limited coming off that ACL Injury. Also Coach Woodson needs to incorporate Amare Stoudmaire more with Tyson Chandler to make the Knicks even more formidable inside. The Bully of MSG will get his Shots but when the Knciks lock down on D and take care of the Window on Both Ends they are as Solid as anyone in the East. Tyson, Shump, and J-Kidd are the Keys to that Knicks D and they will be Twenty Five to Thirty plus Games North of .500 in April if they play that Style.
The Nets will have to play at their Pace and D-Will 8 is the Key. If the Knicks can force the Orange in others Hands and not have D-Will dictate the Nets Offense they will win the Game. The Nets on the other hand need to make Life difficult for 'Melo as if he gets 40 plus make it a hard Thirty like 12-30 from the Field. They also must out play the Knicks Bench that come March should be a Top 5 in the Logo with Stat and Shump coming off.
The Nets trying to run down the Knicks and the Knicks trying to run down the Heat...A Matinee at New MSG and its Brooklyn and Manhattan Hoops.
