The Boston Red Sox took it on the chin last night but its one game as the series is 2-2. The Tigers get back on the boards after losing games two and three and now its down to the best two out of three. The Tigers have the advantage in the back pocket with Mad Max Scherzer and Justin Verlander going in Games 6 and 7 (if necessary). The Bo Sox have RHP Clay Buchholz in game six and the Sox need to take care of business in Game 5.

October 17, 2013 8pm ET Game 5

#BostonStrong BO SOX @ Comerica vs the #MotorCityTIGERS

BOS Lester (0-0, 1.42)  vs DET Sanchez (1-0, 0.00)

Lester pitched well enough to win and the Red Sox had their chances as Sanchez walked six but he struck out twelve Sox Hitters. The Sox have to make him pay if he is handing Free Passes in Game 5 period. The Tigers will be facing what I think is the Bo Sox best Pitcher in Lester. He went 6 1/3 innings allowing one run on six hits walking one and striking out four. This will be a tightly contested affair and who ever gets the timely hit or hits and takes advantage of every mistake by the opposition should win Game 5.
