The WEST REGION in the 2012 Mens Basketball Tourney might be the weakest as far as SEEDS 3-6 and the GATORS and Billy D might be playing at 7 bit watch for them they are a sneaky 3-4 seed.

Just glancing at the WEST BRACKET.....Coach Pitino and his CARDINALS from KFC's YUM CENTER might be the few teams that could surprise anyone seed in the TOURNEY with PITINO's Experience and know how. Josh PASTNER and his MEMPHIS Squad has way too many internal issues to make a real deep run even though PG Joe JACKSON, SNIPER/CUSTODIAN Will BARTON, and Freshman Adonis THOMAS are the REAL DEAL McCoy.

Steve ALFORD and the LOBOS of NEW MEXICO are a threat as they are coached really well by the FORMER INDIANA HOOSIER Golden Boy. But Hooking up with the 'VILLE in the 2nd round should get them a one-way back to Albequerque,NM. The RACERS of MURRAY STATE are hungry and have much to prove as they were given a 6 seed a NO RESPECT by the NCAA Committee.

MARQUETTE will play tough and should get to the SWEET 16 where a Match with the TIGERS of MIZZOU is looming. Before SPARTY gets to the NUTS and BOLTS of the BRACKET they could have a lot of their HARD WORK already done in previous games in this bracket.
