It happens every season as there is going to be a Champion, there is going to be Loser, some Teams make Winning Time some don't, and Lead Men will be fired because of some of these factors.  One Team let go of its lead man as they are in Transition with a Youth Movement and the Stars don't show up most of the time. Another Team lost the best player in the Milky Way Galaxy and then he Star Point God spends more time kin the Training Room then on the Hardwood.

The Detroit Pistons tell Lead man Lawrence Frank to grab his Access Key Card and follow Security as he will say thanks for the Pistons for giving me and Famaland the Opportunity. When he should say look at the Roster "Joe D" (Pistons Head of Basketball Operation) can you win with them. Frank was 54-94 in his Two Full Seasons with the Pistons. He had no All-Stars and Vet players like "Thrill" Will Bynum and Stuck along with Piston Top Picks the Knight Rider along with Greg Monroe. The Upside of the Pistons looks good but the next Man will have to have the Pistons moving North in the NBA Central and fast.

He knew he wouldn't have King James when he took the Job Cavs Lead Man Byron Scott did't get the benefit of the doubt. Current FatHead Founder and Cavs Owner @CavsDan rolled the Credits on Coach Scott as he led the Cavs to 64-156 Record over Three Years and one wonders if he had one more season. Those last two years he had the 2011-12 Rookie of the Year and then turned All-Star in the 2012-13 Season "Kyrie for Mayor" Irving. The Downside to that is Kyrie might have played half of those Games in those two seasons. Yes the Cavs Job is more appealing then the Pistons Job because of Point God Kyrie Irving and young players like Dion Waiters, Tyler Zeller, and Tristan Thompson. We will see what direction the Cavs will want to go as it is pivotal for both the Cavs and Pistons with relatively Young Rosters to get a Lead Man in there who can get them heading North and playing the "Right Way".
