Don't look now but a Team in the Logo starting the Season out under .500 and 7-10 as we go to Press is not good. It is good though if your talking about a Franchise that had Seven Wins out of 66 Games last Season. This is the Story of the Charlotte mikeCATS or bobCATS is what they are known to many. The Difference out with GM and Air Jordan Dude Rod Higgins and in with New Gm Rich Cho.

Cho has been nothing but Spectacular in getting the Right Pieces in Place to build the mikeCATS to head North of .500 eventually. A Former Trailblazer and and Supersonic/Thunder Exec not in that Order Cho has taken the Sam Presti (Thunder's Current GM) Way of doing things and has gotten the mikeCATS off to solid footing.

Before Cho the mikeCATS were going through Coaches like a Player goes through Towels in an NBA Game. Cho's First Part of Business was to get a Coach that had the Same Beliefs as Cho to get the Organization going on the Hardwood. They reach back and hired Mike Dunlap who last year was on the St. John's Red Storm Bench. It was a move that had Folks in Charlotte saying here we go again. Now looking at the Hire it was a Slam Dunk and so was the 2012 NBA Draft.

The mikeCATS selected #WeRUK Sensational SF Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (pictured right) and not to be outdone 4-Year Vandy Starter SF Jeff Taylor. MKG is what they call Gilchrist has been nothing short of Expectation as the #2 Overall Pick who came in NBA-Ready Defensively. MKG can guard the 1-3, is a Thoroughbred in Transition, and is a Glass-Eater. Taylor , who fell to the Top of the 2nd Round who I thought was going to be Vandy's Best NBA Player of the Three Commodores that were drafted. Taylor's Vandy Teammates Sniper John Jenkins (1st Round Hawks) and Center Festus Ezeli (1st Round Warriors) went ahead of Taylor but he has the Most Upside by far. Excellent Length and Defender on the Wing, Smooth Mid-Range Shooter, can get to the Cup off the Bounce, and another Wing Player that is real good attacking the Orange on the Window. As we got to Press MKG and Taylor are the Only Two Rookie Teammates in the Top 10 in Scoring.

Now with 2011 1st Round Pick PG Kemba Walker the mikeCats are starting to head in the right direction. As of late they have stumbled a little bit as they have lost Five in a Row but its the Jinx of getting off Seven Victories the Total they had in the 2011-12 shortened NBA Season.  Now all the mikeCATS have to look for is moving North in the Eastern Conference under GM Cho and Lead Man Dunlap and all that on Michael Jeffrey Jordan's Watch.
