The Top Team at least by Record in the Eastern Conference the New York Knicks travel to play the 2nd Best Record in the East the Defending Champion Miami Heat on TNT Tonight. The Biggest Story looming as we go to Press is will the Bully of MSG...'Melo Anthony play Tonight after injuring his Finger last night in Charlotte vs the mikeCATS?

LOS KNICKS @ AA 305 vs EL HEAT

The Knicks are riding a New High as they are buying into Lead Man Mike Woodson's Scheme especially Defensively and getting it done. Look the Knicks are still with 2011-12 Rookie Stud Iman Shumpert (Oak Park-River Forest HS by way of the Ramblin' Wreck Tech) and S.T.A.T. "Standing Tall And Talented" Amare Stoudamire. What the Knicks have is a Superstar that is sacrificing some of his Bad Habits for the Good of the Team in 'Melo Anthony. They are also getting Solid Production from Ray Felton at the Point, Get Shots J.R. at the Big Guard, and Sheed Wallace on that 2nd Unit playing his Game.

The Heat come in off of an embarrassing loss to the now 2-13 Washington Wizards. King James notched another Triple-Double but look it was Game #16 of 82 and there will be another Bad Loss coming at some point that's the Life in the NBA. The Heat are getting Top-Level Production from PF/C Chris Bosh as he has emerged as the #2 Option for the Heat. There is nothing wrong with the Champs its just that they have to get back to what got them the Chip...Defense.

PLAYBOOK

The Knicks will have a Problem of 'Melo can't go Tonight and lest say he doesn't. The Knicks Game changes dramatically as now they will rely more on the System than 'Melo helping them out when the System breaks down. Look for JR Smith and Steve Novak to get more minutes along with Jason Kidd. They will also rely heavily on Ronnie Brewers as he will have King James or Wade County or both all night long. The Heat must get them in a Fast-Paced Game as he Knicks are on the 2nd Leg of the Back to Back. The Knicks Transition Defense along with Execution on the Offensive End will be Key.

The Heat's New Look will force the Knicks to play the Perimeter more and should open up the Lanes for Wade County and King James. Knicks must be aware of all those Heat Shooters...Sugar Ray, Shard, M&M Plain, Regular Mario, and Battier. The Heat Big Three are all capable of getting loose behind the Land of Plenty as well. This Game will be played under Winning Time Basketball and look for the Final Score to be in the 80s unless someone doesn't bring their A Game.
