BEALE STREET BOYZ vs the DURANTULA and WESTBROOK.......MEMPHIS and OKLAHOMA City....ROUND 2......NBA West SEMI'S

Well before we get into the match ups......ROUND 1 goes to the GRIZZLIES as they go into OK CITY riding that SPURS Wave and get the all important GAME 1 vs the THUNDER with a convincing 114-101 Win.

The GRIZZ used the same formula that got them by the SPURS.........Let's go inside out with GASOL and Zach RANDOLPH.......and with Mike Conley JR at the Controls.....we will get out in transition when we need to ....other than that lets ISO Z-BO on anyone of 3 BIGS the THUNDER throw at him whether it be IBAKA, PERKINS, or COLLISON.........it WORKS at a HIGH LEVEL and Z-BO might be the NBA PLAYOFFS MVP thus far.

LET's look at some Key Points in the SERIES:

1. Mike CONLEY JR. vs Russell WESTBROOK: WESTBROOK was on his 1st All-Star Team this year and he deserved it as he dictates every night what the THUNDER will do on Offense and Defense. He hits you in so many ways via off the BOUNCE getting to the RIM, Mid-Range, or the 3-BALL.......he is a handful......and the GRIZZ will have to neutralize him with CONLEY JR., MAYO, ALLEN, and a little VASQUEZ.

CONLEY Jr. on the other hand has come into his own and GRIZZ Coach LIONEL HOLLINS has given him free reigns all year and he hasn't disappointed at all. The Consummate NBA Point who can get his own shot, sets the TABLES for others first, and in transition makes excellent decisions. He has also added a nice floater to his game in the Mid-Range aspect......becoming an elite PG and the THUNDER have to use not only WESTBROOK but MAYNOR and maybe SEFLOSHA.

2. MEMPHIS Best Defenders vs the KD: Kevin Durant aka KD aka the DURANTULA aka BABY ICE ( GEORGE GERVIN the ICEMAN) circa 2K11 is an NBA nightmare. And once again led the NBA in scoring and has dominated in the PLAYOFFS. Like most great PLAYERS in the Association you have to contain him because you are not going to stop him........and TEAMS better hope he doesn't go in that ZONE........40 PLUS Points Zone.....then it's over.

The GRIZZ will use a host of excellent NBA Defenders in Shane BATTIER, TONY ALLEN, and a Poor Mans BATTIER in SAM YOUNG. They just have to make DURANT Work like if he goes for high 30's make him shoot well under 40% from the Field. if the GRIZZ can just be a little physical with him also they might be able to wear him down as the series moves forward.

3. Oklahoma City BIGS vs Zach Z-BO RANDOLPH: The NBA PLAYOFF MVP so far...and it isn't close. Z-BO has been on a terror and for those NBA JUNKIES he has always been an ELITE NBA Forward it's just that the teams ZACH'S been on haven't won at a high level and small NBA MARKETS minus auditioning for the LA CLIPPERS.....but do they count.....their the NBA'S version as a MINOR LEAGUE SYSTEM.....developing young TALENT then WHAT?....CLIPS Owner DONALD STERLING is RAIDERS owner AL DAVIS.....SAME GUY...trust me.

The THUNDER are going to have to run not only PERKINS but a heavy dose of the ultra-athletic BIG in SERGE IBAKA aka I DUNKA n I BLAKA IBAKA. Throw in some minutes here n there for Seattle SUPERSONICS Hold over Nick COLLISON....the THUNDER have a hecka of a better chance to contain Z-BO than do the SPURS.

OVERALL: The GRIZZLIES won the Season Series here to at 3-1 and like playing the SPURS the GRIZZ look real comfortable in playing the THUNDER. In turn the THUNDER have to make them uncomfortable by digging deep in tape and quit waiting for the DURANT/WESTBROOK Show to develop and get other guys involved on both ends to let the GRIZZ know that we ARRIVED before you and we have the BEST PLAYER in the SERIES........i THINK.

WINNER: Unless I see otherwise the Z-BO and lil GASOL led GRIZZLIES 4-2......in 6.......What's even more shocking the GRIZZ are doing this without their All-Star and US National TEAMER.......Rudy "Eddie JOHNSON 2k11" GAY...an electifying ATHLETE who the GRIZZ maxed out last year at $86 Million........WOW
