Here is a prime example of Kids you don't need the big-time AAU Circuit or AAU Programs in your area to get to a solid division 1 school and then the Logo. Now we get arguably the #1 PG on the 2015 Draft Board in Sophomore Cameron Payne of the O.V.C. Powerhouse Murray State Racers the School where "Popeye" Jones called home and made famous.

Payne is an electric 6-2 and just north of 180 el bees of point guard from Memphis that reminds me of a left-handed 2014 Orlando Magic Lottery Pick Elfriid Payton but a way better shooter from deep. Smooth under extreme duress with big-time passing ability. His game is everywhere as he mixes runners with a slick mid-range and deep range. Also has the ability to finish at the rim as @JoinMy_Campaign lit up the Ohio Valley Conference his only two years in that league.

Payne's 2015 Freshman of the Year ion the O.V.C. and then capped that year off going M.V.P. of O.V.C. the next season 2014-15. Will he go Lottery or middle to back end as Tyus Jones of Duke might have something to say about that as well as Jerian Grant of Notre Dame. Taking a look at his 2014-15 Digits for Racers Hoops:
