As we go back to the Summer of 2K14 and to the Draft Headquarters of the Golden State Warriors and i know you "Remember This"! "Dubs" didn't have a trade in place but was thinking of this trade that would have shook both the Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves and from my point if view the "Dubs" for the worst!  

Almost a DONE DEAL in Summer 2K14

"Lake OSWEGO Monster" for "KLAYmetheus"

"Dubs" get T'Wolves PF Kevin Love dba "Lake Oswego Monster"...

T'Wolves in turn gets "Dubs" SF Klay Thompson dba "KLAYmetheus" and a player...

Now from my sources the current Warriors GM and NBA Exec of the Year" (laughing yet and see how that works) Bob Myers wanted to make the trade thinking Stephen Curry at the PG and "Lake Oswego Monster" at PF and all those other pieces would have put "Dubs" on the fast tract for a chip!

The two people very adamant about not going through with that proposed trade was new "Dubs" lead man Steve Kerr (C'mon Shooters know the importance of not only one shooter but two dead-eye marksmen) and current "Dubs" Member of their Executive Board said wait a minute and said no no Klay goes nowhere!

The "Logo" dba Jerry West when he speaks not just the people around listen but whoever is in the room or within a Spalding Orange Throw of West is locked in as his Basketball Wisdom is through the O-Zone Layer.

Fast forward to the 2015 NBA Finals we have the Steph Curry and Klay Thompson led "Dubs" going up against the King James and LeBronettes with no "Lake Oswego Monster" in sight! Now you tell me who is worth $70 million over 60 months as that's what KLAYmetheus received last summer. Not saying Love isn't worth the cash but just not on Warriors Ground or in C-Town!

Imagine That the dude (Bob Myers) who wanted to trade KLAYmetheus for Love was 2014-15 NBA Exec of the Year and his Trophy is in the "Logo" Jerry West Office with a Steve Kerr Picture beside it!
