OKC Thunder and GM Sam Presti knew Billy Donovan needed a seamless transition to the "Logo" or somewhere close to that as he needed a right-hand man.

Enter former "State Bird of Louisiana" "Full Monty" Williams as he has been tabbed as Billy D's Lead Assistant and that is huge considering Donovan needed lean heavy on an NBA Coaching Man who knows the ins and outs.
