In a quiet but powerful move that is going somewhat unnoticed before we hit the 2015-16 NBA Season will go on full-notice somewhere in late November to early December. OKC Thunder and GM Sam Presti knew Billy Donovan needed a seamless transition to the "Logo" or somewhere close to that as he needed a right-hand man.
Enter former "State Bird of Louisiana" "Full Monty" Williams as he has been tabbed as Billy D's Lead Assistant and that is huge considering Donovan needed lean heavy on an NBA Coaching Man who knows the ins and outs.
"Full Monty" will bring game to game adjustments as well as in-game adjustments talking X's and O's. He will also know how to handle stars like @kdTREY5 and @RussWest44 dba Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook and that should take a load of Billy D's Shoulders.
The ex-Notre Dame Star Williams also was an assistant on Coach K's Team USA Senior Team Staff as well as learning the ropes from none other than "POPS" and R.C. of SPurs Family.
