Both the Redbirds and Red Legs come into the Great American Ball park along the shores of the Ohio reeling and as hot as the Buccos are they both are heading in opposite direction of the Buccos. The Redbirds come off losing 1st place in the Central and losing four of five. The Reds come off of losing two of three to the 'Dres of Diego. The only thing to do now for both is hammer away at the Buccos Lead and hold steady in the NL Wild Card Race. It's not the first blow but the culmination of many blows to get to the last blow.
