The Raiders will hopefully be heading North in the AFC West and in the AFC as they have ex-Seahawks and Packer QB Matt Flynn who has started about as many games as his back-up Tyler Wilson (2013 4th round Pick from Whoo Pig Sooie) and Terrelle Pryor. Flynn will be relying on RB Darren McFadden aka Run DMC if D-Mac can stay healthy. They have former Jaguar RB Rashad Jennings behind D-Mac so the jury is still out. They have fast capable Wide outs in Denarius Moore and Jacoby Ford with 2013 FA Signee KR/PR/WR Josh Cribbs from the Dawg Pound. Anchoring the O-Line will be Center Steve Wisniewski as the right side is all new with Two Free Agents the Raiders hope can bring it right away.
On Defense they go get a Key Free Agent or two in Charles Woodson of the Pack and Andre Carter of the Niners. Backer Nick Roach comes over from the Bears and he is solid if anything to go along with a whole Corp of Backers they get from Free Agency. Top 2013 Pick CB D.J. Hayden from Houston is big-time and he will learn from Woodson and that is huge. Watch 2013 3rd rounder Sio Moore of UConn as he should be a force in the Kicking game and if one of those Backers goes down. Tyvon Branch will get Woodson on the back end as former Raiders 1st rounder Mike Huff goes to the Purple Browns in Free agency.

The Offense is predicated on how affective Flynn is in the Passing game but lot of that will have to do with that O-Line and the Run Game behind McFadden. The wide outs are fast and they just need the pigskin in space.
Defensively they are a whole new "D" ( 7 of the 11 on my Depth Chart 2013 Free Agents (FA) should start day one) so that is unpredictable but they can't be as bad as they wee in 2012 as that Secondary has a chance to be really good with Jenkins a former 1st rounder and Pro-Bowler leaving the Cowboys. Woodson will be in that back end and that is huge for that "D" moving forward.
