The Denver Nuggets have been shopping PG Ty Lawson for quite sometime and the last off the hardwood incident sped up the process and that incident is the Houston Rockets gain ...for now!
Through numerous media outlets Lawson heads to the Rockets as the Mile High Nuggets get a protected 1st rounder in 2016. "Law Dawg" gets a huge opportunity and this is after his 2nd DUI in six months.
On the hardwood he is lethal from end to end and arguably a Top 3 PG from basket to basket. He had his best season in the 2013-14 season averaging 17.4 ppg and 8.8 apg and 1.6 thefts. Now looking ahead at the #RedNation 2015-16 Starting Five with "Law Dawg" at the PG:
* With the addition of Lawson Patrick Beverley moves to the back-up PG and that should give the Rockets Bench some much-needed "D" on that 2nd Unit with Corey "Pep Rally" Brewer on that unit. Lawson puts the Rockets if he can regain his PG Magic among the Elite in the West!
