@JLester34 goes eight strong allowing two runs on five hits as he strikes out 14 Rox Hitters. It didn't hurt he received early run support from CF Dexter Fowler (Lead-Off Bomb in Frame 1) and Anthony Rizzo (Two-Run HR 3rd) putting the Cubbies up 3-0. Rox starter Eddie Butler goes five giving up those three runs and two bombs falling to 3-7 in 2015.
Colorado came right back in the 4th scoring on a sac-fly by Nolan Arenado cutting the deficit to two at 3-1. Then it was that man again Carlos Gonzalez dba Car-Go 5,280 Feet Edition taking Lester deep to CF for his 21 st Long Ball of 2015 cutting it to 3-2 Cubbies.
