The Tennessee Titans finally gets their deal done for 2015 #2 overall Pick and Oregon Ducks QB Marcus Mariota. The deal through various Media Outlets is said to be worth on the NFL Rookie Salary Scale $24 million and some change for over four years. This is good news considering the starts of Titans Camp is right around the corner and Mariota who has been to all the OTA's and Rookie Camp needed to be in camp day 1 of Training Camp!
Moving over to the "Logo" as the New Orleans Pelicans dba "State Bird of Louisiana" Hoops signs free agent "Big" Kendrick Perkins to a reported one-year deal. "Perk" should be a welcome addition as the Pelicans continue to add big bodies to keep the "Brow" Anthony Davis from playing Center and wearing that small frame down. "Perk" will join Omer Asik and Alexis Ajinca in the Restricted-Area for the NOP!
