If you know your Football when the New Orleans Saints picked up Safety in Hard-hitting Kenny Vaccarro of Hookem' Horns U what did you think was going to happen.

With the 17th Pick in the 2013 NFL Draft the Pittsburgh Steelers select...OLB Jarvis Jones (pictured right) of "Between the Hedges U" and he is #95 in your 2013 Steelers Program with a slick Twitter Handle for a Red-Jersey Collector @SacManJONES_29.

Yes the Steelers waste no time taking the 6'4" 250 El Bees of Check to the Commissioner's Office as they put them in everything. Kicking game, in Coverage, Red-Jersey Collecting, and most of all Depth as they are interchangeable in that 3-4 Zone Blitz Scheme. What does the 2013 Steelers Depth look like now Backers like "Potsie" Farrior and #92 are gone?

2013 Steelers Backer Depth Chart

Starters as of August 6, 2013

1st Wave     2nd Wave       3rd Wave

LOLB Wood #56  C. Carter #54  A. Baxter #45

LILB Mr. Foote #50  S. Sylvester #55 V. Williams #44
LILB Sean Spence (2012 3rd Rounder on PUP List)

RILB LAWdawg #94 M. McFadden #40 T. Garvin #49

ROLB Jarvis Jones #95 A. Robinson #57 J. Worilds #93 (Injured)

Steelers Backer Lawrence Timmons was right behind Team MVP Heath Miller in the Team's MVP or I would think so and should have been a Pro-Bowler. The Best Steelers backer as we go to press with Wood if he can regain form right there with LAWdawg.

Steelers are looking for a replacement for LILB Larry Foote as this is his last season in the 'Burgh and if Spence can comeback lookout but at what percentage. He was the biggest Injury loss in the 2012 outside of Heath Miller...Spence is a Monster and has been since his High School Days at Miami, Florida HS Powerhouse Miami Northwestern HS. Vince Williams was a late 2013 Draft Pick of the 'Noles of FSU and he can play....watch him!

Carter and the 2013 Undrafted FA Baxter add depth to Wood as Carter played well for Wood last season but he is not Wood.

LAWDawg Timmons is a Monster and one of the fastest Backers in the NFL. He came into his own last season and ask the Teams and Coached who played us they will say 94 is something else. McFadden is a nice back-up  with Undrafted Garvin behind him.

ROLB is the biggest question mark as far as will the Steelers start a Rookie in which they hardly do in 2013 Top Pick Jarvis Jones. He is all of that and I know he hasn't played a down but he dominated the SEC not the Big 10, PAC 12, or Big 12. As we go to Press Jason Worilds of Beamer Ball was day to day as he always is and he finally gets his chance to start and he may lose out to Rook Jones.

The Steelers know how important those Backers are and Woodley needs to be at least on 3rd Down after the QB more as that's what they pay him for. The Best Collection of Backers playing Sunday Grown Man Football reside in the 'Burgh...period

"We covet the 6'4" 250 lb violent-type"...@CoachTomlin

Note: Coach Keith Butler is Steelers Backers Coach and "Next in Line" as D-Coordinator when HOF LeBeau retires....trust me on that.
