The Chicago Bears told ex-Coach Lovie Smith 10-6 was good but no Winning Time nor Corner Office. They go get CFL and Offensive Guru Marc Trestman to fix that Offense and more importantly QB Jay Cutler when they should have just had Dr. Phil on the sideline. That word "Winner" doesn't happen overnight and it's either in you or its not.
Moving forward the Offense will start with that O-Line and how the QB Plays. A Sunday Signal-Caller's best friend is a Run Game and they have a Top 10 back in Matt Forte and they need to use him more and then let QB Cut do his thing. Bears Top 2013 Pick "Bloodline" Kyle Long is a keeper and the Bears made the right choice albeit maybe too early but they get their man. The last regime didn't use Forte enough and the Bears became one-dimensional Cutler to Brandon. Watch LT Jermon Bushrod he is all that and the Bears and QB Cut need not to worry about his side. That Duo had the most Targets in the NFL in 2012 and they have yo find another WR and Earl Bennett has to be the answer looking at the roster. Tight End and 2013 Free Agent Pick Up from the G-Men Martellus Bennett was an excellent grab. The Offense is under a new system but it can still be efficient if they feed #22 by ground and air.
Defensively they are done with that archaic "Tampa 2" and they will depend heavily on Vets like "Desert Swarm 55", Peppers, and Peanut of Halas Hall on all three levels. Players to watch are 013 Picks at backers Jon Bostic of Swamp Thing Gaineville and Khaseem Greene of State University of Jersey...Rutgers. The Bears have a top three Corner duo in Peanut and Mr Jennings not East Tennessee State Buccaneers Version but Halas Hall Version. I worry about those Safeties and can they trust Major Wright as he is the weak link on that back end?

Offensively it starts with a revamped O-Line and Cutler as its a QB Driven League and nothing else....
Defensively with the new scheme Paea and Melton should be a force as well as Briggs and Peppers. If they can get pressure up the middle with those Corners the Bears are right back in business.
Key 2013 Schedule Dates

Dec 29 vs Packers
A heavy dose of AFC North and NFC East along with two versus the Packers will be tough with a New Offense, New "D", and all those moving parts.
Projected finish in the NFC North 9-7...way too many unknowns schematically for that schedule.
Note: Jay Cutler wants $100 Million and it's there because it's a QB Driven League but he is on the wrong team to get paid and he has to compete with Aaron Rodgers in his division...good luck with that!
