In the biggest series in the Show for the Week of August 5 the L.A. Dodgers bring 14 wins in a row playing out of the Motel to Baseball Town USA. The Redbirds have went Run-Crazy in the last four games scoring 44 runs. As we go to press the Dodgers are up on the 2nd place D-Backs by 5.5 games. The Redbirds trail the Buccos in the NL Central by just 1.5 games. Both teams are primed for a run in the "Fight for October" and this might be a preview of what's to come but don't tell the Pirates or Braves that jazz.
