The Reds need to get home to stop the bleeding and get back into the NL Central Race before All-Star Break. Well they win game one vs an equally struggling 2012 Fall Classic Champion San Francisco Giants and then tonight happens from the same guy with the same result for the Red Legs.

Reds RHP Pitcher Homer Bailey came into Tonight's Contest at 4-6 with an ERA at 3.88 while allowing 92 hits in 102 Innings. Last Year's No-Hitter was from Bailey versus the Buccos at PNC Park. Well just like he said in the Post-Game Tonight at Great American Ballpark, " Every dog has it's day....and sometimes twice". Bailey goes No-No again this time versus #OrangeOctober as the Gigantes Bats continue to slump.

Bailey Numbers vs Gigantes for July 2, 2013

9 Innings Pitched 0 Hits 0 Runs 9 K's 1 Free Pass as he faced just over the minimum of 27 facing 28 Giants Hitters. He misses a perfect game by that Walk and he Bailey has thrown the last two No-Hitters in the Show.

The Reds go onto win 3-0 as Gigantes two-time Cy Young Winner Tim Lincecum takes the loss as he gave up three runs on six hits while striking out eight through 5 1/3 innings. The Red Legs with the win move to 48-36 and just four games back of the NL Central leading Pirates and 2 1/2 games back of the 2nd place Redbirds. As we go to press the Buccos lost and the Redbirds are taking the Field in Anaheim.
