18 Cam #Panthers of the Panthers was in that dreaded Sophomore Slump than he was locked back in towards the middle of the season and then was lights out in the end. Cam needs another G-To-WR as Steve Smith gets up there and he has all the Tools to be great. I would pout him in front of Rivers and Cutler.

17 Phillip Rivers #Bolts  is his decline due to Norv Turner or on him. Now with a New Coach we will see as Rivers Decline has been rather quick and it might have to do of the departing of ex #1 WR Vincent Jackson who is in Bucs Land. Part of that 2004 QB Draft Class with Big Ben and Eli....

16 Staff #RestoreTheRoararguably might have the best Arm on Sunday of any QB and he just needs to be more disciplined and he also needs to be more balanced as in his Attack and that is not on him. A Complimentary Run Game would do wonders for Staff and MEGAtron.

15 Romo #Cowboys is on that edge of being really good because he teases you and then the next minute its a bone head decision. I still don't have a good feel for him but yet again he is the most Prolific Passer in Cowboys History and the Two Guys he passed "Roger the Dodger" Staubach and "Troy of the Triplets"...have Bling....figure that out!

14 Cutler #Bears  is the most scrutinized and underachieving players I have ever seen at the QB Position because everyone is waiting for him to be an Elite Player and he never will be because of two things most of the Greats have and they have at least one of them...WINNER and ATTITUDE...Cutler has neither and they are not on E-Bay or the NFL Shop dot com...90201 he is....Hi Jay!

13 RG3 #Skins had major flashes of brilliance and his thing moving forward is staying injury-free and "Don't be the loudest in the Room" as you should bring that Sideshow down to Zero. We will see what he does in Year 2 and if they start running instead of throwing Shanahan going to get that call from you know who....and the question will be , " I thought you were going to use more Pass plays".

12 @DangeRUSSWilson #Seahawks (pictured right)was just that the last half of the season and he might turn out to be Drew Brees with "Happy Feet". The Seahawks got them a Gem in this kid and I think he is better than both Luck and RG3...real talk. What will he do for an Encore in 2013?
