The St. Louis Cardinals were on Top of the Hardball World just two weeks ago with the Show's Best record. Now they are in the middle of going West Inter League Style in 2nd place in the NL Central behind the New Pittsburgh Pirates. The Halos in turn have started to turn those Large Direct Deposits into W's as it took them a few pay periods and a trip to the Self-Checkout Kiosk to start unleashing a Roster full of Stars on the Show. Miller will tackle Williams and the Halos had to see Wainright with their luck as the Halos need a full rebate on Joe Blanton as he is eight games under on his lonesome...wow!

The Redbirds know heading into the All-Star Break they need to be playing good hardball and ride shotgun in the Buccos Whip. The Halos Magic Number is the .500 mark or above by All-Star Break and they are close. If they achieve that it will be a three-trick Pony in the AL West instead of a two-trick heading towards September Baseball.
