The Baltimore Ravens have lost through numerous media outlets Strong Safety Matt Elam for the 2015 season with a torn bicep. Elam reportedly hut the bicep in Sunday's Practice chasing down a WR and reaching for him.
Now the plot thickens for the Purple Browns as Elam in his first two seasons for the 2013 Ravens Top Pick has been nothing but a disappointment on the back end. Now with a year off Elam can maybe concentrate on his craft a little bit more as Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome and Company don't miss on draft picks too often especially in round 1.
As far as what the Ravens DB Depth Chart looks like moving forward without @ElanVsElo:

#PurpleBrowns 2015 DB Depth Chart
(No Matt Elam)
Purple Browns
2K15 Starters
LCB Asa Jackson
SS Will Hill (Matt Elam)*
FS Kendrick Lewis
RCB Jimmy SMith
2nd Unit
LCB Chris Greenwood
SS Brynden Trawick*
FS Quinton Pointer
RCB Cassius Vaughn
* With Elam out Hill who is a better safety at this juncture anyway will, most likely get the nod and Brynden Trawick will move from #3 on the depth chart to #2...
