The Oakland A's had the Tigers right where they wanted them with a 3-0 lead through 5 1/2 as doubt was sitting in with the Tigers Hitters. Then Tigers LF Jhonny Peralta goes Three-Run HR and that opened up everything for the Tigers as they go on to win a wild one at Comerica 8-6 that included the probable 2013 CY Young Winner getting his inner Sandman on in "Mad Max of Comerica" Scherzer.

Scherzer had a bases loaded jam in the top half of the 8th Frame where he struck out two and gets a line out that pretty much sealed the A's fate. The Tigers added three in the bottom half as the A's get to Tigers Reliever Joaquin Benoit with two runs but two short of sending it to Extras.

A's Starter RHP Dan Straily went six giving up that three-Run Bomb to Peralta as he allowed four hits but struck out eight Tigers. He was dialed in until Peralta's Three-Run Jack. Tigers Starter Doug Fister went six and gave up three runs on seven hits as A's Shortstop Jed Lowrie goes Yard for a Two-Run Bomb to make it 3-0 A's as the Tiger's Faithful and Fister had to be thinking it's going to end like this a two game sweep at the hands of the A's.

For the A's Lowrie drove in three, Cespedes two, and CF Coco Crisp is going Cuckoo for Coco Hits as he went 4 for 5 scoring three runs and an RBI. The Tigers Jhonny Peralta led the charge with three RBI, Omar Infante two RBI, and Victor Martinez goes 3 for 4 scoring two runs and an RBI.

The deciding Game 5 will be on Thursday in Oakland as Justin Verlander will take the Rawlings Sticthed One for the Tigers and opposite of him most likely the A's Sonnny Gray.
