The NL East leading New York Mets run their 2015 campaign to 17-10 as they take the first of two from the Baltimore Orioles. It was Mets #3 Bartolo Colon going 7 2/3 frames giving up a run on six hits as he struck out nine with one free pass.

Colon's Efforts on the "Hill" were helped by a three-run 4th frame highlighted by a Daniel Murphy RBI single and a Kevin Plawecki two RBI double as Lucas Duda, Murphy and Wilmer Flores scored for the Mets.

It was O's Starter Bud Norris' hard-luck as he gives up seven hits in seven frames and three runs all in the 4th. He also struck out four as the O's offense came late on a Manny Machado 8th inning 'Bomb" and a "Crush" Davis 9th inning "Big Fly". Amazins' Captain Save-A-Game Jeurys Familia gets his 11th save in 11 chances as the Metropolitans have that look.

O's fall to 12-12 which is 3rd in the AL East and the Mets at 17-10 leads the NL East by four games over both the Nats and Braves Country...
