After just one season and leaving the hometown Louisville Cardinals oral commitment on the table and going to the Ohio State Buckeyes and Thad Matta D-Russ did max damage on college hoops. He took over the Big Ten along with fellow Big Ten and 2015 Lottery Lock Frank Kaminsky of the Wisconsin as he was 2nd in the Conference in scoring at 19.3 ppg adding 5.7 rebounds per with 5 helpers per outing.
Measuring at just under 6'4" without scooby doos on Russell has all that an NBA Team needs as a prototype combo guard. He is lone and sneaky athletic with a high BB IQ to go with superior passing skills and a mid-range and money ball to boot. There is not much D'Angelo Russell can't do.
