The Memphis Grizzlies in order to have any shot versus the Golden State Warriors in their 2nd round match up must contain the Los Splash Hermanos' but more importantly keep "Dubs" shooting under 40% from the arc and 45% from the field.
In game 1 "Dubs" shoots 50% from the field and nearly 50% from deep as they hold serve in game 1 of their best of seven in the West Semis vs Grit and Grind Beale Street Memphis. "Los Splash Hermanos" combined for 40 points and thirteen assists but had 8 turnovers. These Grizzlies match up well across the board with "Dubs" and for both Steph and Klay it won't be an easy task going up again the likes of the "Grind Father" Tony Allen, Courtney Lee, and Jeff Green.
The Grizz with Point God Mike Conley Jr. out wit that facial fracture went inside and inside some more as both Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph did what they do. Gasol gets a team-high 21 points and nine boards to go along with three assist and three steals. Z-Bo added 20 points and nine boards as well but the Grizz get only one more player in double figures the Grind Father" with 15 points.
With Conley possibly a go in game the Grizz need offensive production from Lee, Jeff Green, and Beno Udrih period. If they can get some digits from those three and the "Grind House Bigs" keep putting in factory labor in the paint lookout!
Game 2 is on "Cinco de Mayo" Tuesday May 5th and Planet Oracle will be in it Gold Mood...
