I remember like yesterday seeing current Cal Berkeley University Men's lead man Counzo Martin teaming up with 1988 Big Mac LaPhonso Ellis at East St. Louis, Illinois Senior H.S. Tigers wining back to back to back state chips. Martin in the class of 1989 went onto Purdue University to play for then lead man Gene Keady as the "Phons" went to Notre Dame to play for then lead man Digger Phelps in '88.

That same Counzo Martin has come 360 degrees on the College Coaching trail to go from an Assistant at Purdue, to coaching the Missouri Valley Conference, to UT Knoxville in the SEC to now the Cal Golden Bears in the PAC 12. Now his first year was bumpy but his 2nd year coming in 2015-16..."Expectations" couldn't be higher and the Bluedude salutes my guy doing big things out west.

After landing Top 10 Class of 2015 player and California Mr. Basketball Ivan Raab dba @YoungIvee from Oakland, California Powerhouse Bishop O'Dowd the Golden Bears grab some more gold. Arguably the best player in the Class of 2015 WF Jaylen Brown from Atlanta, Georgia Powerhouse Marietta, GA Wheeler HS (Home to NBA Stars like Shareef Abdur-Rahim and JJ Hickson to name a few) has chosen Cal and Coach Martin for his college choice as @FCHWPO spurns Kansas, Kentucky, and UNC and Michigan among others.

Brown is dynamic and a freakish athlete but don't get that mixed up with his ability to play. He can play the SG through PF in College as 6-7 220 el bees he already has an NBA Body. Now Cal get Brown and Raab who is so fundamentally sound and smooth as Oil meets Water, Coke meets Pepsi, and the Raiders meet the 49ers talking those two for a perfect storm in the PAC-12.
