The Miami Heat took care of business and that was beating who was next on the schedule. Many though this would be a Formality for White Hot as it started out to be and the Heat lost focus. To the Cavs credit they played inspired and wanted to give the Heat an "L" in the worst way. One problem...they have LeBron...Cavs do not!
The Heat gets 43 points on a blistering 14 for 19 from the field including 6 for 8 from the Arc. James scorched the Cavs for 25 in Frame one as the Heat went up 37-25. The Cavs though bounced back down 59-54 at the break made it a contest as they took a 79-78 lead in the 3rd only to be tied 79-79 after three. The Heat took over the game late as it was Bosh and James playing the Heat Two-Man Game. Heat pull it out 100-96 but not after sweating it out as the Cavs were minus their All-Star Point God. Bosh had 21 points with Sugar Ray Allen adding 14 as the only Heat Players in double figures.
The Cavs with a gritty effort had six players in double figures led by 22 points and four assists by PG Jarrett Jack getting his inner Kyrie on full tilt. Dion Waiters proving there is Kyrie for the Cavs...then there is Dion for the Cavs adding 17 points and dishing out eleven helpers. Cavs doomed by committing 19 turnovers, -15 from Deep, and and -5 in Free Throw Made. Cannot have those numbers especially the Turnovers playing after a Home-Cooked Meal and expect to hit the "Winner's Circle" with 2%.
