The Chicago Blackhawks were in line to at least get a point until St. Louis Blues Alexander Steen scored a slap shot past Corey Crawford with just 21.1 seconds remaining in the game to beat the hawks an still one 3-2. The Blues now move into first place with Colorado Avalanche whose also 3-0 with six points. The Hawks are in the middle of the pack in the division with three points and 1-1-1 in 2013. Both Captain Toews and Patrick Kane scored the Hawks Goals as there is work to do as the Champs try to get the kinks out their game.

The Minnesota Vikings didn't waste anytime signing their big boy up front as they ink a DE Brian Robison to a reported 4-year deal worth just north of $28 million. That Vikes D-Line will be losing Vet Kevin Williams most likely after 2013 and keeping excellent players and capable bodies is on the menu for the Vikes an Robison is a player. The Vikes are doing it the right way as they picked up Florida Gator DT Sharrif Floyd as one of their three top 2013 Picks. We have seen it as Teams can't win if you can't win upfront...Steelers, G-Men, and Falcons.

The Teddy Bridgewater Train is picking up steam ahead of its nationally televised game as Louisville takes on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights. U of L Cards Lead Man Charlie Strong is building something in Louisville and his 13-year stay (mostly as a D-Coordinator with the Gators) has Florida Kids like Bridgewater seeing the Louisville Cardinals as a viable option. Go get'em Coach and QB "Teddy Bear" Bridgewater especially after you lit up the Gators in the Sugar Bowl last season you n the Cards n Papa John's Stadium deserve the national exposure. Imagine Strong coaching the Gators...real talk...I know it's the SEC but really!
