The St. Louis Cardinals get a hard fought 2-1 victory on Monday at PNC and force a deciding game five back near the muddy Mississippi and the Towering Gateway Arch. The Starter for both were on their A-Game and it was Redbirds OF Matt Holliday that deposited a Charlie Morton Offering into the Seats for a two-run blast that sealed the deal. "El Toro" of #BUCtober went Solo Bomb in the 8th as it was too late. Amazingly enough there were only four hits totals in this game with all that good Maple, Ash, and Bamboo at the dish through 54 outs.

The Redbirds Starter Michael Wacha was cruising as he went into the 8th and allowing that Solo Jack from Pirates third Baseman Pedro Alvarez and that was it from him as he had a No No until that Bomb. He also allowed two free passes and struck pout nine Pirate Hitters.

The Buccos Starter Morton also was on his "Good Stuff" he went into the 6th allowing two runs on three hits while walking four an striking out four. To the Buccos Credit their Pen did a masterful job holding the Redbirds scoreless the rest of the way but the PNC Bats for the Home Team went silent on this day.

Now Hump Day Game 5 Starter have already been announced as the Buccos will send Rookie Garrit Cole to the Bump. He will go up against Redbirds Ace and 19-game winner in 2013 Adam Wainright for a winner take all battle a chance to get to the NLCS.
