The Champs tried and almost succeeded and that was beating the Warriors playing at the Warriors Pace. Behind the visiting Golden State Warriors shooting 15 of 29 with the Money Ball and playing at a frenetic pace the Warriors beat the Heat 123-114 as the game went from a "Night in the Logo" to the annual Sin City NBA Summer League Vegas starring the Real Deal Holyfield.

Warriors Point Guard aka the "Human Torch" of Under Armour Scooby Doos Steph Curry went O-Zone Layer on the Heat as they could have blind folded SC 30 and he still would have found nothing  but Hanes Cool Comforts...Cotton. Curry had 36 points and twelve helpers including a 8 for 15 night from the "Land of Plenty" where he is President, Mayor, Secretary of Treasure, the Fire Department, the School, and the Galleria. Warriors PF David Lee added a robust 32 points and grabbed fourteen Oranges to boot. Steph's Partner in Crime from the "Land of Plenty" always in cahoots Klay Thompson of Nike Basketball chipped in with 16 points but was 4 of 9 from the Arc. That is a combined 12 of 24 from the Warriors Starting Back court and meet the "Splash Brothers" throw in D-Lee and its Run TLC and that would be Run Thompson, Lee, and Curry.

The Heat tried to play at that pace but in the end they had to tip their hat to GSW. King James had a modest 26 points, and five rebounds, and five assists. Wade County 22 points and Chris Bosh added 19 points as it just wasn't enough firepower to hang with Steph and the Gang on this night.

Warriors move to 3-0 on their current six-game Motel Swing and 21-13 on the season. The Heat fall to 24-8 as both the Heat and Pacers are slow out the gate as they have been looking at the Teams Records in the East...don't get too caught up in that overall record Garbage Pacers and Heat...take care of business in the 82-game trek!
