The New York Knicks have to be thinking the NBA All-Star Break could not bail us out right now. Meanwhile the Doc Rivers Effect is in full throttle in Clipper Land as the Clips are playing some of their best Basketball of 2013-14 without their Top State Farm Agent...Cliff Paul.

All knotted up at 50 as the Garden Party went to Concessions the Knicks had a chance in this one after laying a few eggs last night in the Circle City. Ironically enough which coach would make halftime adjustments and come out swinging? If you picked Lead Man Mike Woodson of the Knicks you do not live in Planet Earth nor do you watch NBA Basketball. The Clips come out and make a stand behind solid play from their Star in Blake Griffin (32 pts 7 rebs) and their Lead Actor in a Lead Supporting Role "Jamal 206" Crawford (29 pts) as the Clips run out a 26-17 3rd frame and end the game on a 33-28 run to beat the Knicks by 14...109-95.

For the Knicks they missed a ton of good looks as Melo Anthony shot a woeful 4 for 23 as he was trying to out play Blake Griffin as those Trade Rumors swirled a coupled of weeks ago Blake for 'Melo. Both Players were playing ion that adrenaline and Blake got the best of that battle. 'Melo ended the game with 26 points as he did go 16 of 16 from the stripe as he also grabbed twenty Oranges. "Get Shots" J.R. Smith added a season-high 24 points if that is a good sign for the Knicks as he shot 9 for 18 and you can live with that off the bench.

The Knicks had 18 turnovers and shot under 35% from the field and after a home-cooked meal...not good. Lob City with the "W" moves to 28-13 as the Knicks fall to 15-25 and they have to start making a move soon as they have a huge helping of games featuring the East coming up.
