The Brooklyn Nets are 5-1 in 2013 as they traveled over the Big Pond to take on the Atlanta Hawks in the Logo's Annual Game in London at the O2 Arena. Behind a 26 points in the 1st half from Shooting Guard Joe Johnson the Brooklyn Nets will be flying back to the States victorious as they cruise past the Atlanta Hawks 127-110.

The Nets used a 65-53 advantage at the break and pushed that lead to a 99-74 after three to beat up the Al Horford-less Hawks by seventeen. Johnson led five Nets into double figures as he ended with 29 points with the "Truth" Paul Pierce adding 18, Alan Anderson 15, and the "Big Ticket" 12 as the Nets Starters outscore the Hawks Starters 80-52. The Nets were also on fire from the arc hitting on 16 of 27 while the Hawks only hit 8 of 25.

Atlanta fell behind the eight ball and then that lackluster 3rd frame pout them in to burner as that deficit went from just 12 at the break to 25 by the end of the 3rd. Jeff Teague led the Starers with 16 points as two bench players Shelvin Mack and Mike Scott led the Hawks with 17 points apiece. Amazingly enough the Hawks shot 22 of 22 from the Stripe as the Nets only shot 5 of 7 and still win by 17.

The Nets now 6-1 in 2014 move to 16-22 as they climb to 2nd in the Atlantic. The Hawks fall to 20-19 as they are feeling the loss of Al Horford more and more as they move along in the 82-game trek.
