The Toronto Raptors have lost two in a row to the best two teams in the East in back to back games. There are no moral W's in the Logo but for an Organization that has struggled for years almost since its inception into the Logo...things all of a sudden are looking and heading "North of the Border" for solid NBA Hoops.
The Pacers leading 44-36 at the break in Pacer-Like Grind pulled way in the 3rd frame only to find themselves back into a game. The raptors wouldn't go quietly but to the Pacers credit battle-tested to the fullest they get a hard fought win. "Area 55" led with 22 points an eight boards as "Lance of the BK" almost gets a Triple-Double with 13 points, ten rebounds, and eight helpers. The "Circle City Strangler" D-Granger joined Lance with 13 points as they did it with solid "D" and Stops along with knocking them down at the stripe.
The Raptors were led by Demar Derozan (your All-Star Reserve at Shooting Guard in the East) with 28 points and reserve SF/PF Patrick Patterson's 20 points and six rebounds. Dinosaurs PG Kyle Lowry added 16 bringing his usual prowess at the point and carrying Hash Tag #IamARealPGinTheNBA. Poor-Shooting and a -17 on the glass spoiled their hopes of getting a "W" in frigid sub-zero Pacer Nation.
Dinosaurs move to 16-17 (Atlantic Leaders) as the Pacers (Central Leaders) move to 28-6...
