REDBIRDS head to the Black Hole to take on the Swingin' ATHLETICS...Inter League Clash...WEEKEND BENDERS Series 4 #STLvsOAK

The St. Louis Redbirds have their work cut out as they head west tied for the NL Central lead with Buccos. They come off of a  splitting with the AL West 'Stros and getting swept by the AL West leading Rangers near the Gateway Arch.....not good but in 162 it is going to happen its just when will it happen. The Athletics come off of losing two out of three is Seattle and sweep the inter league 2-piece from the Red Legs.

The Redbirds are coming for the A's as they have Miller, Wainright, and Westbrook. The Redbirds are in a fight with the Pirates and the Red Legs are only 3 1/2 games back of both. For the A's Colon will get the nod in game one vs Miller as Parker and Milone try to hold down the fort.
