The Pittsburgh Steelers made that offer to now Aqua Boyz 305 WR Mike "Da Kid" Wallace and he said that wasn't enough. The Steelers in tun gave that same money to Antonio Brown and of course he took it. Yes the Steelers will miss that Wallace Speed but did they get another Wallace-Like WR that is a polished Route Runner in Beaver Nation's All-Time WR Leader Markus Wheaton?Wheaton could eventually be that 3rd Wide Out as Vets Plax Burress and Jerricho Cotchery fill that void on the Depth Chart as we go to press. Wheaton might fit better than a Speed Demon in Steelers O-Coordinator Todd Haley's Offense that is predicated on Big Ben getting that Pigskin out of his hand as quick as possible. Wheaton torched PAC 12 Defenses like the "Quack Attack" and the "Men of Troy" which might not be say much considering they run up basketball scores in conference play in the fall. Wheaton wasn't responsible for lethargic defenses as he was for torching them.
