It's no secret what the attack plan was for the Rays was against 'Jays LHP Mark Buerhle and that is get to him early. Meanwhile Rays LHP Matt Moore brought his A-Game and whiffed eleven Blue Birds for his 10th 'W". Rays beat the 'Jays again by the score of 5-1 as the bottom of the Rays Order did the damage. Rays SS Yunel Escobar and 1B James Loney each went 3 for 5 and scored a run. Rays Star Hot Corner Evan Longoria went 1 for 2 but was issued three free passes. Buerhle drops to 4-5 and Moore moves to 10-3. The Rays Left Hander was on his game even though he gave out six walks. 'Jays Big Boppers Bautista and Encarnacion were a combined 1 for 7 but walked three times. The 'Jays Hitters behind them just couldn't get anything going.

Yankees OF Ichiro Suzuki was all that in the Great Northwest for those great Lou Pinella led Teams as the M's dominated the AL West. Now Ichiro is doing it for the Bronx Bombers as he hits a Walk-Off Solo Job to beat the AL West leading Rangers 4-3. Both Starters Yu Darvish for Rangers and Hiroki Kuroda for the Yanks pitched well enough to win. Rangers CF Leonys Martin took Kuroda deep twice for Solo Bombs. The Yanks returned the favor by getting Solo Jobs from Hafner, Gardner, and Nix all off of Darvish. Rangers Middle Reliever Tanner Scheppers then pitched 1 1/3 Innings well before giving up the Walk-Off to Ichiro. Mo Rivera pitched the Ninth for the Yankees as he gets the "W".

The Baltimore Orioles get that bad taste out of their mouth by beating the Tribe in Camden Yards 6-3. The O's played the game called "Swing for the Fences" as O's AL MVP Candidate and First Baseman Chris Davis of the O's went two-run shot and Second Baseman Alexi Casilla went three-run Big Fly. Tribe Starter Justin Masteron takes the loss as he went 6 1/3 and was on the hook for six hits an six runs . O's Starter Chris Tillman went seven innings allowing four hits on three runs and six strikeouts. The Yanks and O's both win as did the AL East leading Red Sox tonight.
