Doc Rivers has no time to get settled in as the 2013 NBA Draft is upon us Tonight. What Doc has done is put together a Staff that could help mold a Championship Run in Staples Blue and Red. Doc and Clips have hired former Suns Lead Man Alvin Gentry to be his lead assistant in Los Angeles to help navigate through the 82-game trek and Winning Time. Gentry has a wealth of knowledge and brings years of the Logo Experience with him. Nice hire for Doc and the Clips moving forward now grab SDSU's Small Forward Jamaal Franklin Tonight and be done with it.
The San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls are both trying to make a splash as they like nothing in the Draft. The Houston Rockets are on the other end of those Phone Calls with 2012 Lottery Pick Power Forward Thomas "T-Rob" Robinson for the taking. The Bulls have the 20th Pick and the Spurs the 28th pick and who could help either at this point. The Bulls could use maybe a shooting guard and a Big. The Spurs are up to speed and if anything maybe a point guard but at #28 no one will be there for the taking.
The Brooklyn Nets have made it no secret to go with Vets now as they are trying everything in their power to win now. They have the 22nd Pick in Tonight's NBA Draft but they also are interested in two players wearing green. Reportedly from numerous sources the Nets are trying to get both KG and Paul Pierce from the C's. July 1st is the time you can start reaching out to Free Agents and both KG and Pierce are under Celtics Contracts so the C's have leverage.
