On most nights its TP9 of the Spurs delivering the Daggers but tonight the Shoe was on the other foot. Enter Grizz Point Guard Mike Conley Jr. who in 30.7 seconds score five points to take a 90-87 deficit to a 92-90 leads for the Grizz as the clock struck zeroes. Fittingly enough TP9 missed a potential Game-Winning Jumper to put the lead further up.

The Grizz were led by Conley Jr. as he had 23 points with the Spaniard..Marc Gasol adding 16 points and seven rebounds. up and Coming Sixth Man Jerryd Bayless who has all of a sudden found his niche in Memphis scored 17 points off the bench. The Spurs had the game won if they just made one or more plays or shots under a minute to go in the last frame. TP9 led the Spurs with 25 points and Tiaggo Splitter had 13 points and eleven boards.

Now as we look at the Western Conference Standings the Spurs are on Dangerous Ground as the OKC Thunder are now one full game back of the Spurs with a meeting on April 4th...this Thursday in OKC for most likely the NBA's West #1 seed.  The Grizz sitting at the five seed behind the Clips (4th Seed) and the Nuggets (3rd Seed) as the Grizz have an identical record as the Nugs but the Nugs own the Tie Breaker.

We have a photo finish in the West and it might go down to the last Week of play to decide whose going to get the Top Seed.
