The Atlanta Hawks have picked the wrong time to rest players or put it on cruise control heading into Winning Time. The Hawks needed a W last night at home vs the Dinosaurs and got blew out. The Knicks on the other hand will face the C's in Round One but rested 'Melo, Ray, and J.R.  vs the mikeCATS in a loss. Will the Knicks play Starters for a Tune-up and the Hawks as well?

It's as simple as this the Hawks need to send John Wall and the Wizards an Edible Arrangement to Chi City as the Wiz need to beat the Hawks and the Hawks need to take care of the Knicks to get the #5 seed in the East. The Knicks want to stay sharp and expect 'Melo and J.R. to play in this one and maybe Raymond Felton.

The Hawks have PG Jeff Teague and Devin Harris lined up and they will need maximum effort from both to put pressure on the Knicks. If the Knicks don't have Ray Felton they will look to J-Kidd and Prigioni to handle PG Duties. If "Get Shots" J.R. plays for the Knicks the Hawks have no one to match up with him.

The Bully of New MSG...'Melo Anthony should play and he will get Hawks Josh Smith and that is worth the price of admission. Both Players need to play to stay sharp for Round One of Winning Time as that starts on Saturday April 21. Hawks Big Al Horford sat put last night with an Injury and he is probable for Tonight. The Knicks hopefully will get Tyson back for a few minutes in this one  as Chris Copeland has emerged as a Knicks Playoff Threat...Real Talk.

The Hawks need this one way more than the Knicks and need help from the Wizards. The good thing for the Hawks is they split the Season Series 2-2 vs both the Nets and Pacers. The Bulls need to play the Nets as they were 3-1 vs Brooklyn and 1-3 vs the Pacers.
