BKLYN Nets Leader D-Loading
That ended rather quickly as the debate of who was going to replace two-time NBA All-Star in Indiana Pacers Victor Oladipo is answered and the Coaches get this on absolutely right. Brooklyn Nets unquestioned leader and Point God D'Angelo Russell will head to the Queen City, North Carolina for his first NBA All-Star Game.
D-Loading received the news just two hours ago and for him to be names one of the top 24 Players in "Logo Watch" in just his 4th season is remarkable. The Nets are currently 6th in the East and hold he best NBA W-L in the last 30 games played.
The Louisville, Kentucky Native by way of The Ohio State Buckeyes D-Angelo was the #2 overall pick in that 2015 NBA Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lake Show was just trying to put together a winner and instead of keeping their own they go the big market/quick fix route and move some of that young core and D-Loading as we look back is a huge miss for Magic Johnson and the Lakers. Unfortunately it looks like for Laker Nation they will revisit moving young players again for a quick fix here soon and sometimes the Grass is SAND on the other side...real talk!
